NBA Most Valuable Player and team USA's very own LeBron James, Team USA basketball star and reigning NBA world champion and MVP, asked U.S.A swimmer Lauren Perdue to have dinner with him at the Olympics...but guess what? she said No!
She turned him down.
On July 26th 2012, before the Games began, Team USA met the swim team at the Olympic Village.
Lauren posted a pix of James LeBron and herself and tweeted,

"Lebron James just invited me to dinner...Um wuuuutttt?!?""
When the The Charlotte Observer questioned her about the dinner tweet, here's what Perdue said,
"He did. He was kind of joking but he was basically like, 'Would you like to come eat with me at the dining hall?' And I said, 'Um, I'm sorry, I have a curfew.' So I turned that one down, yeah."
