Recession Hits David Oyedepo Ministry? Schools Owe Publishers for Months... Is Winners Going Broke?

Heritage Model Schools owned by Bishop David Oyedepo's ministry (Living
Faith Tabernacle) is finding it hard to pay for books supplied to their
schools across Nigeria. These books which have been supplied as far
back as April still remain to be paid for. Publishers who were promised
payment by the end of September are still waiting for money that do not
appear will show up very soon. All our correspondence to Bishop
Oyedepo's faith terbanacle and other sister agencies for clarification
still remain unresponded to. Silence they say, means consent.
Some
of these publishers collected short-term loans to execute these
projects. While some are complaining about paying back the banks, others
are finding it hard to pay their workers.
At
this junction, is this a pointer to the fact that the recession that
hit Nigeria has finally found its way to Bishop Oyedepo's ministry? Is
the church going broke? Is he heading in the direction of the ZOE
ministry of not too precious memory? All these and many more will be
answered as events unfold... We'll keep you posted.

Nigeria Ranked on the Top 10 Most Dangerous Countries to Travel to in 2016!
According to the Canadian government in collaboration with Global Health Data Exchange and Health Grove Graphiq, Nigeria has been ranked on the Most dangerous Countries to Travel to in 2016. Using violence and disease outbreaks as yardsticks to measure countries' status, Nigeria is ranked 15 globally and 9 on the African chart. This position earned Nigeria the Avoid Non-Essential travel status. Other countries making Africa's Top 10 are: CAR; Chad; Mali; Somalia; South Sudan; Niger; Burundi; Libya, and DRC.

APC's Obaseki Wins Edo State Governorship Election as PDP's Ize-Iyamu Dissociates Self From the Election Result
APC's Godwin Obaseki has now won the Edo state governorship election. He has already won 12 of the 18 LGAs in the state which is 2/3rd of the LGAs. And already won, and INEC has declared him winner accordingly ... meanwhile, the PDP candidate, Ize-Iyamu has dissociated himself from the INEC conducted election results, claiming the election was marred by irregularities.

England's new manager, Sam Allardyce was caught on tape using his position as England manager to negotiate a
£400,000 deal and told businessmen how to “get around”
FA rules on player transfers. He thought he was negotiating
a deal with men purporting to represent a Far East firm that was hoping
to profit from the Premier League’s billion-pound transfer market. He even offered to travel to Singapore and Hong Kong as their ambassador. The operation was done by Telegraph news.
