Big Brother Winner, Karen Igho Finally Declares, "I am Cancer FREE!!!"

While thanking fans for their support and prayers, karen IGHO has finally declared that she is now cancer free. The former Big Brother Africa Winner had recently opened up that she had cancer and was getting medical help. Congrats girl.
