Dasuki Says, Pres. Goodluck Approved $2 Billion USD Arms Deal, Goodluck says He Never awarded it... Who is Lying?

Less than 24 hours after former NSA, Dasuki offered evidence the over $2 billion USD arms deal President Buhari accused him of misappropriating was approved by former President Goodluck Jonathan, the Otuoke Chief and former commander-in-chief has come out to refute both Buhari and Dasuki's claims. In his words, Goodluck said:

“I did not award any $2 billion contract for procurement of weapons... Where did the money come from?... I did not award a contract of $2billion for procurement of weapons.”

The former president Goodluck gave this revelation while he was speaking at an event titled: “Presidential elections and democratic consolidation in Africa: Case studies on Nigeria and Tanzania”.
