Amaechi Will Become a Minister if Senate Does Not Screen Him By Friday October 30th!

According to the Nigerian constitution , if the senate continues with the way they've been moving former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi's screening for the post of a minister forward, then by Friday next week which will make it 21 working days since President Buhari sent his name for screening to the senate, the former governor can be sworn-in as a minister. 6. An appointment to any of the offices aforesaid shall be deemed to have been
made where no return has been received from the Senate within twenty-one working days of the receipt of nomination by the Senate.
