False Declaration of Asset: Tribunal Adjourns to 21/23rd October After Senate President, Saraki was Docked and He Pleaded Not Guilty!

Senate President finally appeared before the Code of Conduct tribunal after his appeal against his arrest was refused and he was ordered to appear before the tribunal over an accusation of false declaration of asset when he contested for the governorship post of Kwara state which he won twice. 
Today's hearing did not go without drama as he firstly refused to be docked until he agreed after and his case was read to him. He pleaded not guilty and the sitting was adjourned to the 21st and the 23rd of October, 2015. If he loses this case he will lose his seat as the Senate President and may be banned from holding public office for close to 10 years! Not to forget forfeiture of such assets so declared.
