Wife Killer, Arowolo Akolade Sentenced To Death!!!

On Friday, June 24th 2011 he stabbed his wife to death (more than 60 times) and today, Friday 21st of February 2014 almost 3-years after he committed the crime, Arowolo Akolade, the man who stabbed his banker wife to death on Friday was found guilty of murdering his banker wife, Titilayo Arowolo and has been sentenced to death.
Trial judge Justice Lateefat Okunnu of the Ikeja High Court this morning Friday Feb. 21 found Akolade guilty on one-count of murder. The judge said the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that he killed his wife and said, "I pronounce the defendant guilty and accordingly sentenced to death.” After the pronouncement, the killer, Akolade could not hold back tears as he wept uncontrollably!

Akolade and Titilayo were married for two years before the crime was committed. The marriage is blessed with a daughter.
