My Wife Named Our Son After Her EX... Is This Right?

I am a married man who works outside the country with my wife living back in Nigeria. Two months after our marriage i got a job in the UK and we decided i should take it that my wife would stay back in Nigeria till we decide on the next step. I come back to Nigeria like three times in a year and like twelve months after our marriage we were blessed with a baby boym but I wasn't around for the birth Christening an all, but my concern now is that after we agreed on the names of our baby, my wife decided to name him after her EX... though she doesn't know I know about him... please advise, should I be concerned?
