Constitution Says, Most Senior Should Be Made State's Chief Judge, That's What i Did!" - Rivers Governor, Amaechi

While speaking at the occassion of the taking of oath by the New Rivers State's Chief Judge, Governor Rotimi Amaechi has responded to rumours that he imposed the new State's chief judge by saying that he followed the constitution because the new Chief judge is the Most senior, and that is what the constitution says.
