Governor Jang of Plateau state and only 13 other governors were present at the opening of their factional NGF secretariat, a butter colour two-storey building, located at No 2, Nana Street, Maitama District, was officially opened by Mr. Jang, Plateau State Governor and his self-appointed NGF Vice Chairman, Olusegun Mimiko, the Ondo State Governor. the Governors present were those of of Plateau, Kogi, Taraba, Kaduna, Cross River, Katsina, Abia, Anambra, Delta, Ebonyi, Ondo, Bauchi, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa. Benue and Gombe sent their Deputy Governors.
If the result of the controversial election actually showed that Jang scored 16 votes, while re-elected Governor of Rivers State, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, scored 19....is this number at the event not a true reflection of what truly transpired at the election?
