Older brother to Oscar Pistorius, Carl might get up to 15 YEARS imprisonment for allegedly killing a female biker during a fatal car crash, he has been charged with culpable homicide - this happened in a car crash in 2010, in which prosecutors claim his reckless driving led to the death a motorcyclist...his trial was supposed to begin the same day his brother was in court for allegedy killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steemkamp, but it was postponed to next month.
Carl's lawyer recently said:
"Carl deeply regrets the accident...There is no doubt that [he] is innocent and the charge will be challenged in court."
