She was raped by two police officers while the third followed her male companion to the ATM to extort money from him and when she filed a complaint the Tunisian Police charged her and her partner for Public indecency. A charge the Police never brought up until she filed a complaint. She and her male partner deny all the charges and this caused public outcry that made hundreds of Tunisians take to the streets to protest this terrible situtaion.
