COBHAMS ASUQUO'S MOM WINS SUPERMUM SHOW (CELEBRITY EDITION)

Cobhams' Asuquo's mom, Mrs Asuquo a former clerical officer with the Nigerian Army, won Super Mom (Celebrity Edition) and N2million naira after earning the highest votes by fans and followers of the ten finalists...this amount, she is expected to donate  to a charity of her choice and would be treated to an all-expense paid trip to Dubai.

Fuji music star, Abass Akande Obesere’s mother, Taibat Omobonike, emerged first runner up while Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment rapper, Skales’ mother, was second runner up. They both get N1m and N500, 000 cash respectively which would also be donated to a charity of choice and an all-expense paid trip to Dubai too...Other are Julius Agwu and Tony Tetuila’s mothers.

Mrs Asuquo on the show had narrated how she raised son with his challenges in her words,

“It wasn’t easy watching Cobhams do chores around the house and run errands like my other children but I resolved to make him as independent and capable of achieving anything he sets his mind to do. I showed him where his box of clothes was and would ask him to go get his clothes after bathing him.”

She explained how when he was growing up his love for music grew too...she said, he would beat on anything he could lay his hands on, so I encouraged him by buying him musical toys.

Other celebs whose Moms participated on the show are Mr Olu Maintain, Obesere, Skales, Foluke Daramola, Flavour Nabania, Ice K, one half of the enduring duo, Artquake, Kennis Music act, Jaywon, Tony Tetuila and female drummer, Ara, Femi Adebayo, Chico Ejiro, Binta Ayo Mogaji, and Kunle Afolayan; comedians: Seyi Law and Julius Agwu; Kenny Saint Best and DJ Humility.
