Sources on the set tell of a new movie Oscar Award winning actress' shooting said Halle Berry fell on tuesday night and hit her head on a concrete floor... after Halle fell, she started throwing up, and that's when people around her became alarmed and called for help...'throwing up is a sign of a concussion'. and she was instantly rushed to the hospital - Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A. the injury was said to have occurred at around 10 PM. There was an ambulance on scene, and it appears that's how Halle was transported.
Halle's Rep' said:
"Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, 'The Hive.' She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."
