Teenage star Justin Bieber's allegedly wanted for questioning by the Police after getting himself engulfed in a scuffle with a Paparazo in california while in the company of Selena Gomez. He's jetted to Norway for some event and the Police's transferred the case to the LA county's district attorney's office, though the DA's not acted yet.
