Governor of IMO state Rochas Okorocha has offered free education to all indegenes of IMO state to university level. this is coming in, when other Governors like babatunde Fashola of lagos and others are killing their indegenes with impossible university fees in Nigeria. recently the Governor(Rochas) slashed his security vote into 2, and dedicated a part to education in the state.
