PRESIDENT JONATHAN'S 2012 BUDGET 0.03 REDUCTION IN RECURRENT EXPENDITURE MEANS GOVT WASTEFUL SPENDING CONTINUES!!!

With a 0.03% reduction of 74.4% to 72% of the total budget in recurrent expenditure president goodluck has once again shown us that the wastage in governance will continue in 2012, which means our house of assembly members, govt appointees and all can continue with the wastage characteristic of the PDP leadership.
